365 project is an exercise in self discipline. Take a photo a day for 365 days. You can follow a theme or take photos of whatever you desire. I have often thought of doing it but to tell you the truth, I never got passed the first 7 days
At the end of 2012, Frankie from As The Bird Flies blog, having just finished her own 365 project, invited other photographers to challenge themselves in 2013 and take one photo a day for the entire year.
I couldn’t resist. This year will be different!
Goodbye 2015 This week we spent time celebrating with friends, eating and drinking too much and ushering in 2016 with a little cleansing ceremony in our new home. Week 52 of this 365 Project marks not only the end of another year but the end of the 365 Project for me. I will start a different type… Holidays and the spirit This week went by in a blur. The city is filled with colourful lights and decorations but it still doesn’t feel like Christmas. Seems that as you get older you need to search out the holiday spirit more than when you were young. We wish you all Happy Holidays and hope the spirit… A cat café and returning to Vancouver After a week in Ottawa and a visit to the Siberian Cat Café in Chelsea (which was pretty awesome) I returned to a chilly and wet Vancouver. Ottawa, family and friends This week I went back to Ottawa to take care of family issues and was able to catch up with friends while Tim stayed in Vancouver and started working on a new project. Things change quickly Within a few weeks we’ve hung up our backpacks, found an apartment in Vancouver, Nat got a job and we’ve decided to make this city home again for a while. Hipsters and the big city Since we got back to Vancouver we’ve been staying at a friend’s place in one of the hippest neighbourhoods in the city.
