We felt the need to break the chronological order of the blog to bring you these Autumn views of Eastern Ontario and Western Quebec. Driving to Linden Pond Cottage, I realised it had been six years since I’ve seen nature’s colourful show first hand, 2006 in New York City. The leaves were at their peak this past weekend (Thanksgiving) and we took advantage by spending some time in the country.
Do you enjoy seasons?

I really enjoy seeing the fall colours- your photos are fabulous. We don’t get the same intense colours in Australia in our autumn leaves. One day I hope to time my visit to be able to see this specatacle

Thanks for your comment Jenny. It had been so long I had forgotten how amazing it really is. I hope you can see it yourself some day.

I am so glad I saw the beginnings of these colours and changes in Canada during my recent visit…

It’s really something isn’t it? I always took it for granted growing up here but this time I saw it with fresh eyes.

Stunning pics! I love everything about autumn except for the fact that winter is next.

I know exactly what you mean.

I’ve got the guilty look right now. I sometimes take for granted how much beauty we really have in Canada. The colours are just gorgeous!

Don’t feel guilty, I had to leave for years before I could really appreciate it. We only miss things once we don’t have them.
