365 Project – week 40

Apples and pig

This week we went to the country to pick apples and then made apple butter.  Tim was filmed for Asian tv and cooked a 150 pound pig on a spit.

This week’s 365 project post is dedicated to Fahiman, who we lost this week. She was a great woman and will be missed dearly.
