So many recipes
This week was spent cooking, fermenting and preserving. We braised a chicken (recipe and video will be posted on Facebook next Saturday), made cochinita pibil tacos, preserved Meyer lemons and made more yogourt. I also made the best soft pretzels outside of Bavaria, no joke, they were delicious.
The weather went from polar vortex to spring like temperatures and rain.
