Enjoy our nuts
If you’re like us, you might enjoy a beer or two once in a while, especially during the summer. And what goes better with a good beer than nuts? Our nuts are sweet and spicy and they go down as easily as a cold pint on a sweltering hot day.
SWEET AND SPICY MACADAMIA NUTS

Ingredients
- 3 cups plain macadamia nuts
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1-2 tsp cayenne (to taste)
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp allspice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 1 egg white
Instructions
- Make a spice mix with everything but the egg white.
- Beat the egg white in a large bowl until it starts to stiffen and there is no liquid egg at the bottom of the bowl.
- Dump in the mac nuts and the spice mix and stir to coat evenly.
- Bake at 325F for 15 to 20 minutes, flip them around and continue baking, with the oven turned off, for 20 minutes.

I can see myself actually eating tons of these, when I make them I should control the quantity not to risk to eat an entire bag all in one go 🙂
