Protea, li hing and tamales
We spent the week hanging out with friends, going to the swap meet & the Hui Noeau Visual Arts Center and eating tamales. We’ve been putting li hing (plum powder) everywhere, including in drinks, on pineapple and in BBQ sauce. And we’re still stalking the Jackson’s chameleons, cute little buggers.
